Our Commitment to Child Safety
Loolio is committed to providing a safe environment for all users. We have zero tolerance for child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE) and child sexual abuse material (CSAM). We work proactively to prevent, detect, and respond to any content or behavior that threatens the safety of minors.
Age Requirements
- Users must be at least 13 years old to create a Loolio account
- Age verification is required during the registration process
- Registration is automatically blocked for users under 13
- Accounts found to belong to users under 13 will be immediately terminated
Prohibited Content and Behavior
The following are strictly prohibited on Loolio:
- Child sexual abuse material (CSAM) in any form
- Content that sexualizes, grooms, or exploits minors
- Inappropriate contact or communication with minors
- Sharing personal information of minors
- Any content that facilitates child abuse or exploitation
- Adult content accessible to users under 18
Detection and Prevention Measures
- Age verification at registration to prevent underage access
- User reporting system for inappropriate content
- Human moderation review of all reported content
- Immediate removal of content that violates our safety policies
- Regular safety policy reviews and updates
- Cooperation with law enforcement and child safety organizations
Reporting Child Safety Concerns
How to Report:
- Use the in-app reporting feature on any post or profile

- Contact our support team at: support@loolio.com
Our Response:
- All reports are reviewed within 48 hours during business days
- Reports involving suspected CSAM or immediate safety threats are prioritized and reviewed immediately when received
- Suspected CSAM is immediately reported to authorities
- Violating accounts are permanently banned
- We preserve evidence for law enforcement when required
Legal Compliance
- We comply with all applicable child protection laws in South Africa and internationally
- We report suspected child abuse to the South African Police Service (SAPS) and relevant international authorities
- We cooperate fully with law enforcement investigations
- We maintain detailed records as required by law
