How to Delete Your Loolio Account

We're sorry to see you go! If you'd like to delete your Loolio account, please follow these simple steps:

Step 1: Send us an email

Email us at support@loolio.com with the subject line "Delete Account Request"

Step 2: Include your account information

In your email, please include:

• Your username or display name
• The email address associated with your account
• Reason for deletion (optional, but helps us improve)

Step 3: We'll process your request

We'll delete your account within 30 days of receiving your request. You'll receive a confirmation email once the deletion is complete.

What Gets Deleted

When you delete your account, we remove:

• Your profile information (name, bio, photos)
• Your posts, comments, and other content
• Your connections and follows
• Your private messages and chat history
• Your account settings and preferences

What We Keep (And Why)

For legal and safety reasons, we may retain:

• Basic activity logs for 90 days (required for abuse prevention)
• Any content that was reported for policy violations (required by law)
• Payment records if applicable (required for accounting)

This data is anonymized and cannot be linked back to you personally.
