1. What Loolio Is

Loolio is a social platform where you can share posts, follow people, join communities, create "Seeds" (conversation starters), and participate in "Flash Circles" (temporary group chats).

2. Basic Rules

To Use Loolio:

• Be at least 13 years old
• Provide a valid email or phone number we can reach you at
• Keep your password safe
• Don't create fake accounts or impersonate real people

Don't Post:

• Illegal content
• Harassment, hate speech, or threats
• Adult/sexual content or nudity
• Spam or misleading content
• Other people's copyrighted work without permission
• Anything involving minors inappropriately
• Violence or graphic content

Don't:

• Try to hack or break the platform
• Use bots or automated tools
• Collect other users' data
• Sell your account

3. Your Content

• You own what you post
• By posting, you let us display it on Loolio
• You promise you have the right to post it
• We can remove content that breaks these rules

4. Our Rights

• We can remove content or accounts that violate these rules
• We can change or shut down features
• We can update these terms (we'll let you know about big changes)

5. Service Limitations

• We work hard to keep Loolio running smoothly, but technology isn't perfect
• We moderate content but can't review everything instantly
• We recommend backing up important content you share
• While we implement security measures, we cannot guarantee complete protection against all technical issues

6. Ending Your Account

• You can delete your account anytime
• We can suspend accounts that break the rules
• Some of your content might stay on the platform after you leave

7. Legal Stuff

• These terms are governed by South African law
• If there's a dispute, let's try to work it out first
• If we can't, it goes to arbitration
